Operational handoff; not statutory bookkeeping
A clear responsibility in your daily work
Financial work needs a clear distinction between the source information, the decision someone reviews and the resulting record. This page explains the specific step rather than assuming that a prepared document or a proposed action has already been executed. Start with one representative transaction and check the outcome before adopting the workflow more broadly.
Understand the source and conditions
The export is a vendor-neutral operational subledger handoff. Choose the ledger and sequence window that the receiving accountant needs. It provides controlled source information rather than claiming that operational records alone satisfy statutory bookkeeping or that the generated file matches the import format of any named accounting vendor. Amounts use whole Japanese yen and Japanese consumption-tax categories. Check whether the document is tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive, which tax treatment applies, and which customer or case it concerns. This finance workflow is designed for that scope; it does not establish suitability for another country's accounting obligations.
- Choose the ledger and export sequence window required by the receiving accountant.
Review the actual financial decision
The package contains a journal CSV, trial-balance CSV and a manifest with the export scope, counts, totals and content identities. Debit and credit totals must balance. Review the selected sequence range as well as the totals: a balanced file can still describe a different period from the one the recipient intended. Preparation, permission to act and the final financial result are separate checks. Review the relevant document state and any approval requirement before issuing, correcting or recording a financial action. AI assistance stays subject to review and the user's permissions; an explanation or proposed action is not proof of execution.
- Check equal debit/credit totals and the retained source references in the package.

| Operational account | Debit JPY | Credit JPY |

Operational handoff; not statutory bookkeeping
Inspect the resulting record
Agree the downstream mapping, review responsibilities and retention separately. Source references and package identities help someone explain the handoff, but they are not a substitute for professional accounting assessment. No DATEV, GoBD or German e-invoicing compatibility is implied; the operational amounts remain within the current Japanese-yen finance scope. Keep the source reference and inspect the resulting document, payment or evidence record. Changes in outstanding amounts need a business explanation, particularly when several people work on the same case. Agree who checks exceptions and who reconciles the final result with the accounting process used by your business.
- Agree any downstream mapping separately; this export is not a DATEV adapter or statutory bookkeeping guarantee.

An illustrative working example
Illustrative working example
Consider the following illustrative values, not a customer reference: Journal CSV: journal.csv; Trial balance CSV: trial-balance.csv; Manifest: manifest.json; Debit total: 100,000; Credit total: 100,000; Export window: Sequence 1–24. The responsible colleague checks the relevant source and the current state before confirming the action. These example amounts describe this workflow only; they do not establish a legal conclusion or a successful payment.
Questions about this topic
Is this a DATEV export?
No. It is a vendor-neutral operational package. A named destination requires a separately verified mapping or adapter.
What files are included?
The controlled package contains journal and trial-balance CSV assets plus a manifest describing scope, totals and identities.
Does this support German accounting or EUR?
No. Current Finance amounts are whole JPY with Japanese consumption-tax treatment. Assess your jurisdiction and accounting handoff separately.
Can AI execute this without review?
AI preparation does not replace approval, the user’s permissions or confirmation of the actual financial result.
