Optional modules and planned capabilities retain their own availability. A paid plan does not turn a planned feature into a live one.
No unlimited AI promise, automatic overage or hidden conversion. Review the unit and pack before you buy.
One shared budget for understandable outcomes. The small pack has a list value of one US cent per credit; larger packs reduce the unit price.
Extra storage is shared by your company. A 100 GB pack and a 1 TB pack can be combined without adding seats.
A participant-minute is one connected person for one minute. Media processing and live translation have different units.
Included monthly credits renew each month. Purchased balances have a separately stated validity period before purchase; the final commercial terms are still being prepared.

Availability still depends on rollout, configuration and region. Finance currently uses whole JPY and Japanese consumption tax.
The proposed Free plan has no time limit and supports up to three full internal members with 1 GB for the company. It has explicit usage limits. These new terms are a proposal; existing pilot arrangements are not silently converted.
Choose a paid plan before expanding beyond Free. All four internal members become paid seats at the chosen price. Three free seats are not added to the paid plan, and no charge starts without explicit agreement.
Every plan includes the generally available core modules. Optional integrations, configured providers, region-dependent functions and planned capabilities retain their availability conditions. A module's inclusion does not guarantee every function is active in every workspace.
Free has 1 GB total per company. Paid storage is calculated per paid person and pooled in the workspace. Extra storage packs add company capacity. Version and retention rules must be stated with the final terms.
Paid people contribute the published monthly credit allowance to a shared company budget. Each outcome has a stated credit requirement. When the budget is exhausted, further usage requires a deliberate pack purchase; automatic overage is off.
The proposal includes 50 trial credits once for the company. This is not a renewing monthly AI allowance. Free companies can plan separate purchased usage when that purchase flow is available.
Meeting transport counts each connected participant. Four people in a 30-minute call use 120 participant-minutes. Translation counts processed source-track and target-language streams, so additional languages can add usage without changing the meeting's clock time.
The current implementation does not provide live translation for EU-restricted workspaces. Japan and South Korea also require a configured supported provider. Selecting a currency or estimating a price does not activate the function.
The displayed yearly discount applies to seats. The annual seat amount is paid upfront. Storage is listed monthly, and AI or meeting packs are separate explicit purchases; they are not silently added to an annual commitment.
The current Finance module uses whole Japanese yen and Japanese consumption tax. These international SaaS prices do not establish German accounting, EUR invoicing, DATEV or e-invoicing compliance. Assess the financial workflow separately for your jurisdiction.
No. The proposal shows tax-exclusive prices. Applicable taxes and the final payable amount depend on the actual seller, customer location and transaction, and must be shown before purchase.
This is the proposed launch structure. The new billing, seat and usage controls require implementation and final terms. You can start a workspace through the existing sign-up flow; that does not silently subscribe you to one of these paid plans.
