CONNECTED CUSTOMER CONVERSATIONS
Bring online consultations into the flow of customer work
Create or book a meeting, share its browser entrance and review relevant material together. Keep the meeting connected to explicit customer and project follow-up.
A customer meeting should have a place in the work
Online conversations become more useful when the team knows which consultation was booked, where the guest should join and what happens afterward. Tsumira Video provides meeting rooms, browser guest entrances and the supported relationship with selected booking services. It brings the conversation into customer work without treating a room link as automatic proof of attendance, a recording or a completed project.

Video from a booking
Mark the relevant services as online consultations. A confirmed booking can create its own room and queue a joining invitation for the customer’s email address.
Join in the browser
Open the consultation entrance in the browser, enter the requested name and control microphone and camera without creating a Tsumira workspace account.
Meeting context and follow-up
Use the appointment and meeting context as the starting point for checked customer notes, project decisions and explicit follow-up tasks.
Screen sharing
Share a screen or window through the browser’s supported capture controls, so a quote, design or specification can be discussed in the call.
Connection and call quality
Use adaptive video delivery, separate microphone and camera controls, and clear connection feedback instead of treating every call as a perfect network.
Remote customer consultations
Use booked browser consultations for discovery, preparation and reviews with customers who cannot easily visit the office or site.
Automatic meeting notes — planned
The planned experience combines speaker-aware meeting transcription with a draft of key points and decisions in Docs. Today, supported audio-file transcription provides a separate starting point.
PlannedMeeting actions — planned
The planned direction identifies proposed tasks, owners, deadlines and follow-up meetings, then lets a person review the suggestions before they become work or calendar records.
PlannedConvene the meeting the situation needs
Authorized colleagues can create a meeting with a title and a supported scheduled time, or use rooms associated with confirmed bookings for selected online consultation services. The meeting hub brings those forms together and provides a reusable guest entrance. Invitations use the configured mail process. Room creation, invitation delivery and actual participation remain distinguishable, making the state easier to understand when something needs attention.
- Independent and booking-created meetings
- Title, scheduled time and guest entrance
- Configured email invitations and room management
Talk and review in the browser
The guest route does not require a customer to create a company workspace account. Participants control microphone and camera, can share a screen where supported and receive connection feedback. Adaptive media handling helps fit changing conditions without guaranteeing a perfect network. A shared view makes a quote or design easier to discuss; acceptance and permanent document changes still happen through their appropriate business workflow.
- Browser-based customer participation
- Microphone, camera and screen-sharing controls
- Clear connection, retry and ended-room states

Keep the outcome actionable and the roadmap clear
Use the meeting context to prepare checked customer notes, project updates and follow-up tasks. Those explicit tools are available independently of future meeting automation. Automatic speaker-aware transcripts, integrated AI meeting notes in Docs and meeting-derived delegation are marked in development. The current audio-file transcription capability is a separate configured AI workflow, not a promise that every booked consultation is automatically recorded.
- Checked follow-up through customer and project tools
- Current audio-file transcription as a separate capability
- Integrated transcript and delegation experience clearly planned
A concrete workflow

Share the intended entrance or send the invitation through the configured delivery process.
Have the conversation
Join in the browser, use appropriate media and review the material needed for the decision.
Record the next work
Save checked outcomes and create explicit follow-up through the customer, project or schedule workflow.
An illustrative working example
Example: a service consultation before delivery
A services business offers an online discovery session. The selected booking service creates the appointment-associated room, and the customer receives its entrance through configured mail. During the call, the provider shares a specification and clarifies the remaining questions. Afterward, the project lead records the checked scope and assigns preparation work. The meeting fits into the engagement without being represented as an automatic signed agreement or complete transcript.
Questions about this topic
Do customers need to install a Tsumira app?
The public consultation experience runs in the browser. Device permissions, browser capabilities and a working connection are still required.
Can we hold a meeting without a customer booking?
Yes. Authorized operators can create independent meetings as well as use the supported booking-created consultation flow.
Are automatic meeting notes already included in every call?
No. The integrated automatic transcript, Docs draft and meeting-derived delegation direction is marked in development. Current audio-file transcription is separate.
What setup does the meeting workflow need?
The video/media service must be configured and reachable. Booking-created rooms also depend on selected services and event processing; invitations require configured mail delivery.
