ICS CALENDAR FEED
Read your Tsumira calendar in a compatible calendar client.
Create a personal subscription link, keep control over its validity and use the feed as a read view of the authorized business calendar.
Keep your personal subscription link private.
A subscription is useful when you know what it shares
Some people plan their day in a separate calendar application. An ICS subscription lets a compatible client read a calendar feed without turning that client into a Tsumira editing interface. The link represents a person’s authorized calendar context within the workspace. It should be handled as a private access link, with the ability to replace or revoke it when the subscription no longer belongs there.
Create a personal feed for a compatible client
The calendar connection panel supports creating a personal feed link. The revealed link is shown for use in the client’s subscription settings, alongside information about the feed’s creation and use. The feed is based on the resolved member and their calendar access, not on an anonymous export of every business record. A receiving calendar client controls its own subscription setup and refresh schedule.
- Personal calendar subscription link
- Compatible ICS client setup
- Member-specific calendar context
Keep the scope as a calendar, not a full export
The current feed covers a window from 90 days in the past to 365 days in the future. Supported multi-day entries are deduplicated so one event does not become a separate subscription item for every day it spans. The feed carries references back toward the original workspace records. It is read-only: editing a subscribed item in an external client is not established as a write-back operation into Tsumira.
- Current 90-day past and 365-day future window
- Multi-day event handling
- Read-only view with source links
Replace or revoke access when needed
A calendar application may fetch the link without an interactive login. The URL itself therefore carries access and should not be published as a general website link. Rotation creates a replacement credential; revocation ends the existing feed’s access. Check the receiving client after replacing a link, because it may retain a cached copy or wait until its own next refresh. Revocation does not magically delete material another client already downloaded.

A concrete workflow
Create the personal link
Open calendar connection settings and create or rotate the feed for the intended membership.
Subscribe in the client
Use the revealed URL in a compatible calendar application’s subscription feature.
Check what appears
Confirm the authorized events and relevant time window, then open source links where business details need review.
Maintain the connection
Rotate or revoke the link when access should change and update the receiving client’s subscription settings.
An illustrative working example
Illustrative workflow: planning from a personal calendar client
A project coordinator uses a compatible calendar application for daily planning. They create a Tsumira subscription link and add it to that application. The feed shows the authorized calendar context in the supported date window. When changing devices or ending that connection, they revoke or rotate the link and update the subscription, while important business changes continue in the original Tsumira records.
Questions about this topic
Is this two-way Google or Microsoft calendar synchronization?
This function is an ICS subscription feed. It does not establish two-way synchronization or write-back from every external calendar provider.
How quickly does a changed event appear externally?
The receiving client decides when it refreshes and may cache events. Do not assume immediate synchronization on every device.
Does the link contain the entire business history?
No. The current feed is bounded to 90 days of history and 365 days ahead and uses the member’s authorized calendar context.
Can I stop a subscription link working?
The connection controls support revocation and rotation. An external client may still retain previously downloaded material until its own handling removes it.
