Presentation review: planned
A planned review step before the material becomes a customer promise.
In development: review and refine AI-generated presentation material with the team, checking evidence, expression and the intended audience.
- 1Verify facts and sources
- 2Review commitments
- 3Check the intended audience
Conceptual direction. A released presentation workflow is not yet available.
A convincing presentation still needs a responsible reviewer.
The planned review direction is part of Tsumira's presentation experience in development. It describes the need to inspect generated material before using it externally, not a currently available approval system. The future interaction, participants and output formats must be checked against the real product when available. Until then, teams should maintain their established review and presentation processes.
Check facts, scope and commitments together.
A reviewer should compare names, figures and statements with the actual permitted source information. Check whether the presentation expands the agreed scope or turns a suggestion into a promise. A coherent sequence is not proof that a statement is true. Keep unresolved assumptions visible rather than letting a polished summary remove their qualification.
- Evidence and scope review before external use
Check the visual message and the audience.
Review what images and headlines imply, not just their appearance. An illustrative scene must not suggest a real endorsement, and private workspace knowledge must not become public simply because it improves the story. Permission to access a record and permission to distribute its contents remain different questions that people must resolve.

Validate the real workflow when it becomes available.
No specific approval chain, legally binding sign-off, version export or team review interface is guaranteed here. Evaluate the implemented presentation feature with a small realistic case before making it responsible for delivery. Proposed AI actions should remain reviewable and user-scoped, while the accountable person retains the final decision about customer use.
- Future evaluation instead of assumed approval automation
A concrete workflow
Check status
Confirm which presentation capabilities are actually released.
Verify content
Compare claims and commitments with reliable permitted material.
Review audience
Inspect private details and visual implications before disclosure.
Decide use
Let the responsible person choose whether the reviewed material may be used.
An illustrative working example
Illustrative planned scenario: reviewing a proposal story
A team would review generated proposal material and notice that a concise headline implies more service than the customer agreement includes. The responsible person would revise the wording, verify the supporting figures and remove an unsuitable image. This is an intended review example, not proof of a deployed approval feature. A future pilot would need to test the actual interface and record which responsibilities remain in the existing team process.
Questions about this topic
Is a presentation approval workflow available now?
The connected presentation experience is in development. This page does not confirm a released approval interface or sign-off process.
Does team review establish legal approval?
No legal sign-off is promised. Maintain contractual authorization and professional review requirements through the appropriate process.
Can AI decide that the slides are safe to send?
The described direction keeps review with people. Do not use AI fluency as a substitute for checking evidence, audience and authority.
What should a future pilot verify?
Test the actual interface, output, access and review responsibility with a realistic case. Do not infer unannounced features from the planned direction.
